Stacy Siler Wooster is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor.  She began her massage practice working with pre- and post-operative patients at a medical center in Corpus Christi, TX, and began training in spa therapies as well.  She has worked with prenatal women since she started her bodywork studies and received her certification in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year (Kate Jordan).  She has recently been chosen to assist for Kate Jordan's upcoming seminar in Austin, TX (October 22nd-25th).

She studied with Yoga Yoga's Hatha Teacher Training program (Austin, TX) to advance her knowledge of human anatamy and physiology.  She furthered her education about women's health and reproduction through Leslie Lytle's teacher training (www.ommama.com) and in Childbirth International's Birth Doula Program.

Her yoga practice and teaching considers alignment, breath and movement, and uncovering the light of spirit that we all have within.

 Stacy obtained a Bachelors in History, is a Texas state certified teacher.  She acts as a massage doula and labor comfort specialist and also conducts labor massage and infant massage workshops for parents to encourage healthy touch and bonding beyond words.
